Payables Posted Invoice Register

Summary:
I’m unable to run the Payables Posted Invoice Register report using the following navigation:
/Shared Folders/Financials/Payables/Period Close/Payables Posted Invoice Register

The Ledger LOV appears blank.

What could be the reason for this? I already have data access to the respective ledger, but I’m still unable to run the report. Please advise.
