Enable Position Based condition or business rule in VBS

We have quite a few use cases to build business rules based on the person' position. However the VBS, business rules, only limited fields like Roles, Business Unit, Workflow etc., For example in the Add Absence redwood page, if we want to make certain field visible based on the person's position, there is no way to add conditions like that

We have quite a few use cases to build business rules based on the person' position. However the VBS, business rules, only limited fields like Roles, Business Unit, Workflow etc., For example in the Add Absence redwood page, if we want to make certain field visible based on the person's position, there is no way to add conditions like that. Business Case: We have a DFF field added on the Add absence page to enable the absence needed substitute (School district) when teachers taking time off. We want selectively enable this field based on certain positions like teachers
