Demand Management : Cannot switch off a Combination, pls Help.

Hi,

I cannot switch off a combination in my plan.

Although I have put a 3 in Bookings Forecast Generate Forecast, the system still Forecasts that combination and doing so it raises overall MAPE. Why?

Thanks for any input you can give for helping.

The last line in bold is Summary, has been masked unvoluntarily to hide Customer Data.
