How to configure Budget Control Approvers as a group instead of a specific individual in approvals?

We have set up Budget Control as an AOR and the Budget Control Team has 5 members. Our requirement is that when a Position or Job Requisition approval is triggered, the workflow should route to all 5 Budget Control Team members, and the approval should be completed once any one of them approves. Is there a way to configure this “first responder wins” group approval behavior in BPM workflow or via participant rule configuration, or AOR-based group approval?
