Is it possible to add fields to the 'Job' list of values on the Offer Info page

Summary:

We have created a field on the Job Attributes descriptive flexfield to indicate if a Job is a critical role, we would like to make this field visible to Recruiters while creating Requisitions. Is it possible to add the field as a column on the Job list of values (with Job name, Job Code and Job Family) or is there a way we can reference this field using Visual Builder Studio, to somehow display it to the Recruiters?
