Ability to Purge or Manage Error Messages in Recruitment

Description:
Error messages currently remain in the system indefinitely, and there is no option to purge or manage them. This makes it difficult for administrators to maintain clean and relevant error logs in the job offer section, when the job template is submitted.

Requested Enhancement:
Add a feature that allows administrators to purge, archive, or set retention rules for error messages.

Busness Impact:
Improves system maintenance, reduces clutter, and helps users and support teams focus on current and relevant errors.
