Can I copy the Redwood Hiring Tile to a section we created?

Summary:

We are in the process of configuring Redwood for Recruit.

We want to duplicate the Redwood Hiring tile in a different section so it’s accessible to specific roles—without requiring access to the My Client Groups tab.

Prior to Redwood we created a section called Recruit and duplicated the Hiring tab (as per screenshot). I have tried to do this again within a sandbox using Structure but am not able to get the Redwood Hiring tile to work.
