Hosted user metric report - Is there a master version maintained by Oracle?

Summary: Previously we have had the reporting pack for analyzing what licenses were triggered by a specific role available on My Oracle Support. However since the migration to the new support portal I am unable to find that support document with the reports.

I could use the old packs I have stored locally but it seems a bit dangerous as the product updates could have introduced new privileges that are measured but not listed in those reports.

Is there a tool available or are these reports listed in an article I cannot find? Going through the Metric descriptions and the roles triggering licenses for all modules would be extremely time consuming.
