Fusion of 2 Roles issue

Summary:

We have the following situation and would appreciate some help:

We created a custom Role1 as Line Manager, and the client requested another custom Role2 that does the same, except Role2 has extra visibility on some custom deep links (created in My Client Group).

For business reasons, they want to assign both roles to some Line Manager population. However, when we assign these two roles to a Line Manager, that user cannot see the custom deep links, because Role1 does not have access to them.

Did some homework on EL Expression / remove privileges
