remove ability to save as system default with manage system searches

Summary:

In 25D there is a new Redwood feature: Redwood Experience: Saved Searches on Job Requisition List Page

Is there a way to use this feature, but remove the Mark as System Default?

This privilege is on some of our Hiring Manager roles, which are crossing over to ORC and we don't want a user to be able to set a system default search filter.
