Can a Recruiter search for distance between Candidate Address and Job requisition

Summary:

As per current functionality, an external candidate can check their distance between their location and the Job requisition work location on the external career site. However, Client requires that a recruiter/ hiring manager would be able to screen / filter through candidates to understand their address location within a 150 KM radium from the Work Location in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
