Ability to create warning pop-up upon clicking a button in Redwood page

VBS should have the functionality to create warning message pop-ups upon clicking a button (ex: submit, save, cancel, withdraw, etc.) to give the user the opportunity to confirm their action before potentially making a mistake.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

In our current configuration in the HCM Absence Records Classic UI page, when clicking the "Withdraw" option on an existing absence, a warning message pop-up appears requiring the user to confirm their selection. This is no longer present in the HCM Absences and Entitlements Redwood UI page, which increases the risk of incorrect withdrawals. We have been advised by Oracle Support that there is currently no way in VBS to create such a warning pop-up upon clicking a button.
