"Couldn't process the uploaded content" error in self paced learning

Summary:

Hi All,

We have a self paced learning, with content file format as scorm 2004, 4th edition.

As we recieved the new content for the same learning item, which is in scorm 1.2 format, we replaced the content in the same learning item with 1.2 and reconciled.

But getting error as below. Can someone please help and let me know how to proceed here.
