How to set up parent property reference from another node type?

Summary:

We are trying to find out the parent name from another node type for the child member. For example, we have Cost Centre dimension in the Master Application having a Cost Centre Node type and we have created another viewpoint for Valid Intersection where parent value needs to be identified for the child cost centres. Both are the different node types. Cost Centre has Node Type "Cost Centre" which is bound to Cost Centre Dimension. Valid Intersection viewpoint has node type "VI Cost Centre-Entity" which is unbound. Now what we want to achieve is whenever user will enter the Cost
