Consigned Inventory, Consignment Agreement, Retroactive Price Update, 3-Way Match

1. Retroactive Price Update is Not intended to work for Consignment Agreements and Consignment Orders.
2. Self-billed/ERS invoice gets price from Consignment Agreement and Not the Consignment Orders.

Questions:

1. Does it mean that both Consignment Agreements and Consignment Orders need to be updated by user with revised price in case there is a price change/increase after receiving consigned inventory and before transfer of ownership transaction?
2. Why does fields related to Retroactive Price Update capability are enabled on the UI the of Consignment Agreement when Retroactive Price Update capability is not meant for these type of agreements and orders?
