Oracle Learning Administration Transition to Redwood Series
With the 24D release, we delivered key improvements to catalog management in Redwood. Catalog managers were provided a single place to access and manage self‑paced learning items, and publishing self‑paced content became easier through a streamlined workflow. The redesigned Redwood experience unified all previous steps—course, offering, activity, and content creation—into one cohesive flow. In addition, catalog administration profiles were introduced, enabling you to define which managers could access or manage specific items, set default rules and target audiences for new content, and decide whether those defaults could be adjusted.
Together, these updates brought greater clarity, consistency, and control across the learning catalog. Since its initial release, Managing Self‑Service Learning in Redwood has continued to be enhanced in subsequent releases.
