Payment selection rules in Fusion - replacing IBY_FD_EXTRACT_EXT_PUB from R12

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

  • We would like to PPR to select the correct bank account, i.e. payment processing profile based on the: currency, territory  and Legal entity. We are moving from EBS r12 to Fusion and in EBS we had IBY_FD_EXTRACT_EXT_PUB. Also when I looked in cloud connect there was a note to use Manage Disbursement Payment Instruction Formats. in 25D ( coming in 25D) we couldn't find this option in the system
