Can we change the hiring manager on requisitions using HDL load?

Summary:

Many of our hiring managers received new assignment IDs effective 8/15/25, causing their requisitions to not appear when filtering on hiring manager. The workaround provided in my SR is to identify the requisitions not appearing in the search by pulling the Open Requisitions report, going into an impacted requisitions, deleting the hiring manager from the drop-down and re-adding that same hiring manager. Is it possible to correct these requisitions with the accurate hiring manager ID via HDL load?
