The bank rejected the payment file due to an invalid creation date in Oracle Fusion Payments.

Dear Oracle Support Team,

We are encountering an issue where a payment file generated from Oracle Fusion Payments has been rejected by the bank due to an invalid creation date.

Please note the following important context:

  • Client operates in PST time zone
  • Bank operates in EST time zone

Because of this timezone difference, the creation timestamp inside the payment file appeared later than the time the bank received the file, which resulted in rejection.

  • The bank received the file on October 23, 2025 at 8:06:02 p.m. EST.
  • However, the Oracle Fusion payment file shows the creation timestamp as October 24, 2025 at 12:02:17 a.m. PST
