Safeguarding features within ODA
Hello everyone,
We have implemented ODA within our HCM function for our colleagues to utilise. I've had a look around at the resources but I was wondering if someone could clarify/share their experience.
Does ODA have any built in functionality for Safeguarding? As this product is for internal use I'm conscious that as a business there is a duty of care towards employees, and if they mention something that could be a safeguarding issue I would prefer this to get flagged.
At present we do not have an LLM function within our ODA, we currently operate with 'out of the box' functionality.
