Using "@" in the body of alert composer is showing as @

Background:

We are converting our existing alerts from emp to worker resource. The body of the emp resource is using the HTML and has a character of "@".

The problem now is that since we are moving to worker resource this is showing as @ instead.

Note that we have tried it via source code and rich text formatting and same thing is happening
