Hide "employment start dates" from pending workers redwood

Hi everyone,

on the Redwood Pending Worker landing page, the “Employment Start Dates” option appears under Actions. I would like to hide or disable this action.

I already tried the following steps without success:

1. Searched in Visual Builder for a customization option to remove or hide this action – no relevant setting found.
2. Set the profile option ORA_PER_EMP_START_DATES_REDWOOD_ENABLED to NO – however, the action still appears on the page.

Could you please advise how this action can be removed or whether there is another configuration or personalization option available to achieve this?
