REDWOOD ISSUE - Missing Action Reasons on Terminate Employment

Summary:

Since migrating to REDWOOD for Terminate Employment, we have have had about 80 terminations processed and approved, but the Action Reason is not stored.

The Action Reason is a mandatory field. This is sporadic and we have not been able to replicate in our test/dev environments. It is impacting downsteam payroll integrations that rely on the reason for logic.

We can audit for these transactions by using Reporting, but we have to re-process each transaction.

We can also see the Reason Code is missing when viewing the Transaction History in Employment Info.

Oracle is has requested HAR files but we are unable to replicate.
