Can I Use an Attribute to XWRITE

In workforce, I have employees in the same entity but different locations. I need to push the data to Plan to the corresponding location. However, we do not have the location dimension in our workforce cube. I have identified the employee's location using attributes.

I set up the below rule to push the data to plan, but it isn't working. Is there a way to do this without having to set up a member in employee to sum up the attributes?
