How to segregate Custom Field Values by Country in Employment Contract?

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to ask if anyone has experience with this scenario.
Recently, I was working on the WHERE condition of a value set and encountered an issue while trying to segregate values by country for a custom field in the Employment Contract section.

For the Assignment section, everything works correctly by using the Lookup Tag functionality to filter values by country.
However, when applying the same approach to the Employment Contract section, the system returns an error related to the value set’s WHERE condition used in conjunction with the Tag.

Has anyone faced this before or found an alternative way to configure country-specific values for a custom field in Employment Contract?
