HSDL to Create Requisition Template

Summary:

Looking for assistance in creating an HSDL to create a Requisition Template. Our Requisition Templates are based on Positions. I have been working on a template, included all required fields but I am stuck on an error: "You need to enter a valid value for the CurrentStateId attribute. The current values are xxxxx." xxxxx will be whatever value I currently have in the State Code field. Interestingly, CurrentStateID is not a field that can be selected into the template. I have changed the values in the State Code field to a variety of values. Still continue with this same error message.
