Oracle VB Business Rule Conditions not working in Create Work Relationship Page

Summary:
There are certain fields in "Create Work Relationship" Page that are to be made available exclusively for Employees and Contingent workers but we are unable to do so due to a limitation in Oracle VB. This is not allowing us to Go-Live with the page in redwood.

The Business Rule Conditions on Employees and Contingent Workers are not working due to a limitation in functionality, where the Person Type is not stored in backend tables before the page is loaded. But the actual decision of person type is taken only within the page. This is causing issues for us to go live with Create work relationship page as it exposes all the data to all person types.
