How to end date Person EIT with HDL

Summary:

We are unable to end date the Person EIT with HDL. When we try to update the date effective line and put a date other than 12/31/4712, it simply just splices the wrong and adds a new effective date. When we try to delete just the date effective row, it deletes the entire EIT entry. The ReplaceLastEffectiveEndDate isn't supported. We cannot determine how to do this via the HDL. It is possible to manually do this via Person Mgmt. Any suggestions?

In the sample HDL below, it adds a second row 10/1/2025 to 10/31/2025 and a new row 11/1/2025 to 12/31/4712
