IRC Recruiting Alerts: Difference between 'Requisition Filled' and 'Requisition Openings Hired'

Summary:

I'm seeking clarification on the intended purpose and behavior of two specific Alert Templates in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (IRC), configured via Alerts Composer, and I'm running into an issue with the timing of notifications.

My goal is to notify Hiring Managers and HR when a candidate is officially hired (i.e., when an opening is filled).

The Two Templates in Question:

  1. IRC_Requisition_Openings_Hired
  2. IRC_Requisition_Filled (Requisition Filled)

I am getting notifications for closed requisitions only for IRC_Requisition_Filled, but not for IRC_Requisition_Openings_Hired.

Any guidance on how to ensure the notification reflects..
