Rest API for approving timecards

Summary:

Rest API to change timecard status to APPROVED. Just like the Mass Submit & Approve Timecards ESS process

We have the Hybrid Working Model in our company that, if employee works/approved absence for 3 days in the week, the other 2 days are posted "Work From Home".

As this has to be done after completion of the week only, we do have a OIC process running to validate the time entries & post as necessary.

When the Rest API posts the entry, if timecard was APPROVED already, its changing the status to ENTERED again. This is not what we want.
