Unable to Access “AI Apps Administrator” – Error: No user returned via correlation policy

Summary:

I am trying to enable the AI features for Oracle Recruiting. When I open Tools → AI Apps Administrator, I receive the following error popup:

“No user returned via correlation policy.”

I already have the required roles assigned based on Oracle documentation. Still, the page does not load and the tool does not allow activation of the AI feature.

Could you please advise what this error means and whether there are any additional roles, identity domain settings, or correlation configurations required for AI Apps Administration?
