The investigation details are as follows.

A global review was conducted, but there was no available method or setting to directly change the value.
The currency of the transaction in question is JPY, which has a currency precision of 0; therefore, amounts below the decimal point are not displayed.
A comparison was also made using USD (currency precision 2, showing two decimal places), and the same behavior was confirmed — when the rounding level is set to “Header” and the rounding rule to “Truncate,” the line tax amounts for multiple lines cannot be changed as entered.
