VBS Defaulting Rules for Hiring Team Not Triggering on New Requisitions

Hello everyone,

I have encountered an issue with the VBS rules that default the Recruiter and Hiring Manager fields in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

It seems that these defaulting rules only run when opening an already created requisition that is still in Draft status. For example, today I opened a Draft requisition to analyze a ticket, and the system automatically populated the Hiring Manager field.

However, the defaulting rules do not trigger when creating a brand-new requisition from scratch. Our requirement is to have the default Hiring Team values applied immediately when a new requisition is created, not only when re-opening an existing Draft.
