Is there a suitable replacement for PAY_ACTION_INFORMATION table for 'Employee_Rec' type rows.

Could you please suggest a replacement table for PAY_ACTION_INFORMATION for action_context_type (POA) and action_information_category ('Employee_Rec'). We are facing performance issues while using this table.
