Make mass updates to inactivate Departments in EDM

Summary:

We are undergoing a Department Rationalization and need to update ~100 departments to "Inactive". Using the Mass upload template, we know to update the departments to "Enabled - No", "Allow Posting - No", "Allow Budgeting - No" but is there a way to also update their End-Date in this upload template?

These updates will be pushed to Fusion ERP to make sure accounting is unable to transact against these inactive departments.

Is there anything else we need to do to ensure this works correctly?
