Need to get an error message while selecting the incorrect charge account on RSSP page

While creating the Requisition on RSSP page,Business is expecting to get a error message on Charge account combination when manually overriding the account segment. Please let us know how to achieve this error message.

Charge account is getting populated based on the category and it is not getting any error when manually overriding the account.

Please let us know if you have observed this type of beheavior
