OOB Predictive Cash Forecasting Demo Application Freeze

Summary:

Is there a way to essentially "freeze" a PCF app from continually rolling the forecast horizon? I have an application build completed that I want to be able to continuously demo to clients, showcasing all the forecasting that has been done. Currently, the dates will update with the system automatically, making my forecast inputs invalid as the days turn to Actuals.
