Add different Candidate Labels in Candidate Selection Process base on rules

Summary:

I followed this guide New Action to Add and Remove Candidate Labels, to use an "Candidate Selection Process" Action to add a label to a Candidate.
You can add labels at any state in the "Candidate Selection Process". The problem is you can only add one rule per state.
Let's say we want to add a "Young Professinal" or "Mid Carrer" or "Senior" label in Phase "New" and State "Under Review". (The first phase and state)

I've defined a Fast Formular for each of the cases.

Now the problem is that I can only create one "Add or Remove Candidate Label" Action per Phase/State.
