Can we use RChilli to parse resumes without deploying full booster?

We are looking for confirmation on whether we can use RChilli which comes bundled with ORC booster SKU for parsing resumes without deploying the full booster functionality, which is to come at a later phase. Essentially, we want to use the resume parsing feature that comes with booster without using the rest of functionality that is available within booster.
