Partial migration EDMCS Metadata Objects (Properties, Nodetype, Hierrachy Set)

Hello,

Could you please help me if there is a way to partially migrate EDMCS metadata objects (Properties, Node Types,Extarcts etc) from one Environment to another? I don't want to migrate the template of an APplication entirely, only need to migrate part of it.

Any suggestion will be much appreciated!!
