Functionality to Create Agreement or Contract from Purchase requisition ?

We have a requirement to enable users to create Agreements or Contracts directly from a Purchase Requisition within the system.

The intention is to streamline the procurement workflow by ensuring that once a PR budget is reserved, reviewed and approved, it can immediately serve as the basis for generating an Agreement or Contract. Post then POs will be release against the agreement within the same threshold budget which was already consumed earlier.
