Applicatoins - long and short apps and how to organize by career portals

I am struggling with the long and short app and how to do a search on all jobs even though we will have different career portals.  We have a critical need to recruit licensed therapists that are in short supply and high demand and therefore want a very short application for them (name, email, and phone # will do).  Other positions we want the complete application filled out so we can better screen and rank a large # of candidates.

The challenge is if we have different career portals for the Therapists to enter we can't have a tab on our main page that says search all jobs because it can only go into one career portal.
