pr approval comment does not appear in table

Hello team,

I'm trying to fetch the last approver comment from table POR_APPROVAL_TASK_COMMENTS for a BIP report but it seems that the table does not contain the last information added by the approver when he approved the PR and the PR went to the next approver. However the table for that specific PR contains a message from the reject action when that PR was rejected but after resubmitting it again I expected to have also a newer comment on the next approve cycle.
