Grateful for any guidance on what is possible regards integration between Oracle Ai Agents and Microsoft Copilot Agents. Are the products able to interact with one another?

High level example scenario - HR policy documents within a Copilot Agent. Could a user within an Oracle AI Agent ask a policy related question that pulls from the Copilot resource?
