Turn off 25D Process Requisition Lines into Purchase Orders and Negotiation Documents in Real Time?

25D will be activated in our live system just before Christmas, but there is a pre-enabled release note that will create big problems for my organisation.

We have just gone live with RSSP in October and now there is a release note in the 25D that we don't want.

Process Requisition Lines into Purchase Orders and Negotiation Documents in Real Time - the documentation implies that requisitions of 5 lines or less will be processed into purchase orders automatically, but our process includes a team that checks the requisitions for errors and mistakes, of which there is a lot. Are we able to turn this feature off, as its going to create a lot of work.
