How to migrate single change to production

Summary:

Hello Everyone,

I am facing one issue while migrating one branch to production , system is behaving like " pushing all the other changes which we did in other branches " . Can you please help me in this case.

And i need one advice as well, While creating any new branch , what will be the base branch . As of now I kept like dev3 as base , as i am developing dev3 instance .

When i try to migrate one branch , now its pulling all the other branch changes . Please do the needful.
