Adding supervisors via HDL, what jobs need to execute to see via My Team Learning

We are using an HDL to load supervisor information for our non employees. We want their supervisor to be able to see them in My Team > Learning, so they can then assign learning to them. What ESS jobs need to run in order for these supervisors to see this data once loaded via HDL?
