Propagated Cost Adjustment Entry not created for Retroactive Price Adjustment for Consigned PO

Summary: We are created consumption advice and after that buyer can go and change Price on Consigned BPA before Invoicing, allowing retroactive price adjustments to handle accounting for price changes. We are getting following accounting entries for this retroactive price changes,

1. In Receipt Accounting - Retroactive Price Adjustment,

2. Cost Management - Acquisition Cost Adjustment.

Cost Management is missing propagated cost adjustment entry, this is causing high dollar amount staying holding account Trade In-Transit Valuation and not getting expensed.
