Job application Save to PDF intermittent printing

Summary:

We are seeing an odd behavior where for example, a candidate has more than 1 application and we can save to PDF one Req but on the other we get a 404 error. Are there other companies who have reported the same type of behavior? The permissions are correct because we are able to save to PDF for others, but it is intermittent with the candidate records that are behaving this way.
