Is it possible to use Members from Dimension (dynamically) on Pipeline Variable?

Summary:

Hi, is it possible to use members from a dimension in pipeline variables in the same way as it prompts in the rules??, or is it only possible by adding them manually through a Custom List (which I would then need to maintain)?

for example, similar to rules where you can dynamic select and it's directly connect to the dimension:

Now, on the Pipeline:

Is possible, or I'd need to have a custom list like:

FCCS_Total Geo, FCCS_Total Geo

Entity X, Entity X

and so on.

Also, via custom list is only possible to pick one value from the list, is there a way to select multiple ?
